They offered me compensation, i was feeling even worse that I tipped $60 to that guy even though I didn’t like the service from him, and also are making sure I don’t run into any such issue when I need their help next time. Had a last minute job, the guys that came were really professional and courteous. Only complaint is that they ran out of shrink wrap so had a couple pieces that were not wrapped.
